1. 1. Bourbon Cask, 200L (20 casks) Price: JPY 1,800,000 (tax excl.)

   Our 200L bourbon cask is the definitive choice for the “Peated Bourbon Style” Taiki Cosmic Glen Distillery pursues. Expect sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, and coconut from the American oak. A juicy toastiness reminiscent of apples roasted over a campfire is layered with the full, rounded sweetness of Taiki-grown dent corn and cool peat smoke. With time, the edges soften and the structure settles into a profile made for long maturation.

2. 2. American White Oak New Cask / Octave 50L (15 casks) Price: JPY 900,000 (tax excl.)

   Crafted to deliver the dynamic impact of charred oak and toast, together with Taiki peat smoke, as directly as possible. Powerful vanilla and brown sugar, a bitter espresso edge, and the smoke of peated new-make are laid on directly. Recommended for those who want a clear expression of “bold bourbon character” × “peat” even with shorter maturation, and for those who prefer a full-bodied, robust texture.

3. 3. French Oak New Cask / Octave 55L (15 casks) Price: JPY 900,000 (tax excl.)

   French oak brings an entirely different expression from American oak. Dark chocolate kissed by smoke and sweet-tart black cherries are quietly accompanied by spices, such as clove, cinnamon, and pink pepper. Over time, a subtle meaty texture emerges, leading into a finish reminiscent of a croque monsieur with bacon and black pepper. A cask for an elegant, contemplative whiskey; a bottle worth talking about.
